You can hide the team’s event list by going to Manager > Settings and disabling “Public events”. Then no one who is not signed in can see the event list or event links. In most cases it’s convenient to keep the event list public so that, for example, a member who doesn’t remember their credentials can quickly check the event location on their phone. If events are hidden, sharing information becomes harder.

An individual event is normally visible via a separate link that you can share with people outside the team to get substitutes to join practices more easily. In the event’s settings you can select “Show only to members”, in which case no outsiders can see the event. The same note applies here: it’s often handy to see the event details even if you don’t remember your password and just need to quickly check on your phone where the event is and whether there were changes.

Note: On the availability list, only a player’s screen name is shown to visitors who are not signed in. Usually showing the screen name doesn’t harm privacy, so it often makes sense to keep events and the event list public.
