Our core principle is that you are in control of what personal information (if any) you choose to share through our service. We take privacy seriously.

In order to provide the service, we need to know related data such as your name and contact details, the teams name, basic information, team event schedule and locations, and people's attendance data. We store the information to database.

We do not sell your account data (name, contact details, team and attendance information) as a product. Trusted service providers who help us operate the website may process data on our instructions and must keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect rights, property, or safety. Separately, we use third-party advertising services. Those services may use information about visits to this site. Examples include Google Ad Manager (How Google uses information) and Criteo (privacy policy). Our advertising partners may use automatically transmitted information, such as IP addresses, to identify devices (TCF Feature 3) and for ad measurement and personalization in accordance with EU privacy regulations and user consent. For advertising identity we use ID5 Technology Ltd. ID5 acts as an independent controller, not as our processor or subcontractor. For logged-in users we may send a SHA-256 hash of the email address. That hash is an identifier and cannot be reversed to recover the original email. ID5 uses the data for advertising targeting of site users. Data may be transferred to the United Kingdom for processing; transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Data Bridge, and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Cookies

We collect information about visitors in order to manage the website, track usage, and improve the service. This information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements.

We store information in "cookies". A cookie is a small piece of data stored on the user's computer. We use session ID cookies to store preferences and session data. By default we also use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make returning logins easier.

We may allow third-party advertisers on some pages to set and access their own cookies on your computer, subject to consent where required and managed through our consent platform. Advertisers' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

For EU/EEA users: we participate in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and comply with its Specifications and Policies. We use Google’s Consent Management Platform with identification number (CMP id) 300. Advertising partners such as ID5 (see above) are disclosed and controlled via that framework where applicable.
