How to transfer or grant manager permissions to a team member?
The easiest way to see who the team managers are is on the player list. On the Roster page, use the “sort list” option and choose “manager permissions” to quickly see who currently has access. Usually at least one player has the rights, because the service warns against removing the last manager from the team.
Team managers can grant manager permissions to other team members. When logged in as a manager, go to Roster > Player list. Click “Edit” for the desired player, check the “Manager permissions” box, and save at the bottom of the page.
It’s a good idea to grant permissions to a few trusted people in the team to avoid problems if accounts are lost.
Manager permissions are assigned to player profiles. If you want to give manager access to a parent/guardian marked on a child’s profile, create a new player profile for the parent/guardian in the team and grant permissions to that profile (or grant the rights directly to the child’s profile).
