At what time is the Weekly Mail sent?
The Weekly Mail newsletter goes out in the morning of the selected day in the team's time zone: sending starts at 8:00 on weekdays and 9:30 at weekends, and on a busy day the last ones leave within a couple of hours. So if the sending day is Friday, members can read it on Friday morning.
