Our team got a Pro Package trial: do we have to cancel it?
No. Every new team gets a Pro Package trial for a month from the team's creation, so that you can try the Pro features. A couple of days before the trial ends, the managers get an email with the payment details for continuing with the Pro Package. It is an offer, not an invoice: if you do not pay, the trial ends by itself within a few days and the team goes on with the free version. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to report.
